Road Trip

After the week I've had, I could really use a vacation away from home. Once I got my computer fixed, I started having problems with my printer. Now that I have the new printer and the bugs are all worked out, I hope to post more often.

While going through my Crafty Secrets packs, I found these images on journaling cards and decided they would be perfect for my next project.

White card stock was used for the base. Using one of my cuttlebug folders I embossed silver card stock to look like the grill of a car. The maps and tires were found on Pinterest. All the images, except the sentiment and tires, were mounted on black mats. I used pop dots to give the tires some dimension.

I think this would make a great masculine card for birthday or retirement.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to take your time driving and stopping whenever you wanted? I would love to take a month off and take a road trip out west. But will have to do that in my dreams.

That's it for today. Thanks for stopping by and visiting with me.

Happy Crafting!

Terri

    1. Thanks, Jacee. Masculine cards are usually very challenging for me, but this one came together quickly.
