Stained Glass Dragonflies

Hello everyone! Today I will be sharing my last card from the Fun Stampers Journey February Bloom Kit. I think this might be my favorite kit so far. I can hardly wait to see what will be included in next month's kit.

I started with the Lemon Grass card stock and added the black/white paper to the base. Then using Pineapple Smoothie ink and the same technique from yesterday's card, I created the background. Pop dots were used to raise the background panel from the background. Next I stamped the sentiment onto a Whip Cream strip and then adhered to a Pineapple Smoothie strip. Once again pop dots were used to give added dimension. The loosely wrapped thread was adhered to the sentiment panel with glue runner. I fussy cut around the dragonflies and gave them dimension with pop dots. The dragonflies were colored with prisma color pencils.

Now on to other projects. I have a long list of projects and techniques I want to try. Where to begin?

I hope you have enjoyed my creations for the past few days. I would love to hear your comments.

Have a wonderful day and Happy Crafting!

Hugs,
Terri
