Wonderful Time of Year

Welcome back everyone! Marsha is the hostess of our challenge that begins today at the Sisterhood of Crafters.

The challenge theme is "Dashing Through The Snow". Create a snowman, build a snowy scene, etc. just make sure to use snow somewhere on your project.

Here is my the project I created to give you inspiration.
I started with a piece of white card stock for the base, then added a layer of light blue card stock for the mat. Next, I used a sheet of designer paper from a Winter stack by DCWV. The snowflakes are silver stickers.

A quick and easy card that I think turned out very nice. I am not a big fan of winter temperatures, but do love to look at the snow. We have about 6 inches of snow here in Northeast Ohio and after a couple of weeks in the low teens and single digit temperatures, I am happy to say we have finally reached temps of 30 degrees and above.

It is time for you to get busy and create a fabulous project to share with us. Stop by the Sisterhood and check out the inspiration projects created by my team mates, then enter your creation.

Stay warm and have a great day.

  2. Pretty Terri! Our 6" of snow finally melted over the past few days but I'm sure that won't be the last of it! After all, it is only January in Ohio! We must get together ... let me know when you are available and we will arrange something!
