Prayer Journals

Today I have my prayer journals to share with you. The blue and pink journals were made using Colorblok designer paper and 3D Flowers for the main image. I used paper flowers for the corners. The centers of the blue journal are brads and the centers for the pink journal are pearls. The mats for the 3D flowers were cut using my Sizzix Eyelet die and the corners for the pink journal were cut with my Memory Box corner die.

The mats for the images, sentiment panel and corners were cut from Ivory cardstock. Using my SU Soft Suede, I inked the edges of the sentiment panel for a vintage look.

My friend, Judy, gave me the designer paper for this journal. When I first looked at it, I thought it was fancy owl images, but it is actually flower flourishes. I love the bright greens and pinks. Some of the flowers are glittered. The paper flowers in the top right corner were purchased from Michaels and the paper flowers in the lower left corner were layered petals and brads for the centers.

I love how the green ribbon bow matches the green in the paper perfectly.  The image by Stamper's Anonymous was stamped with SU soft suede ink on ivory cardstock. The image panel was then layered onto old olive cardstock, then an ivory panel.

I am very happy with the end result. I hope my customer will like them.

I have so much more to show you, so please stop by and visit every day this week for more inspiration.

Leave a comment and let me know what you think. I can always use suggestions.

Have a beautiful relaxing day. See you tomorrow.

Hugs,

Terri
