Aqua Beauties

A new challenge begins today at the Sisterhood of Crafters and Diane is our hostess. The theme for this challenge is:
"Flowers"
The base card is white, then I added the dotted designer paper. Next I die cut
the swirled frame from ivory card stock and added the paper flowers and butterflies. This card could be used in many ways, so I haven't added a sentiment yet. It would be perfect for a birthday or anniversary.

Now it's time to head over to the Sisterhood to check out the inspiration projects by my sistahs and enter you creations for a chance to become our top winner.

Hugs,
Terri

Grad Gift

There is a new challenge beginning today at Stinkin' Inkers and the theme is:
"All Tied Up"
My project is a gift card holder for a new graduate. I know a few kids who are graduating this year and thankfully I have a few of these card holders ready to go.
I purchased some Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin kits from my upline and this was one of the kits I chose. The colors are perfect for a boy or a girl and can be used for a high school or college graduation party. With everything precut and scored, this made for a quick project.

I will have to write down the measurements for the holder and belly band just in case I want to make more for future use. This would make a great gift card holder for baby, wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc. just by changing the paper and tag.

Please stop by the Stinkin' Inkers and check out my design team's gorgeous projects. Then why not enter your own creations?

Until next time,
Hugs from Ohio,
Terri

Furr-ever Friends

Hello everyone! Today begins a new challenge at Crafting With An Attitude.
I chose this sweet image called "Cat Lady Kaylee" from Odd Girl Stamps as the focus for my card. You can find the image here.

The base was created using a yellow textured card stock. I added the yellow flower patterned paper for the background, then cut a 4 1/4" square from yellow with white dots designer paper and cut that in half diagonally to create the corner piece. After coloring the image with Prismacolor pencils, I used a piece  lime green card stock to create the mat for the image panel and adhered that to the front of the card. Using black ink I stamped the sentiment onto white card stock, added a lime green mat and adhered to the card with foam tape. The little paw prints on the left side are buttons that I have had in my stash for quite awhile and were added using glue dots.

I colored one of the kittens gray to resemble my tiger tabby cat "Plum". He was trying to help me out with my post, unfortunately his feet hit too many keys on the computer and I had to take over.

Hope you enjoyed my project for today. Now why not head on over to the Crafting With An Attitude challenge and check out the inspiration projects by my design team? We would love to have you join in on the fun.

Hugs,
Terri
