It's Monday and time for the next challenge at
Digital-Ink.
This week's challenge is "Anything But A Card." I had this empty matchbox and decided it would make a cute Christmas ornament. It could also hold a small trinket or treat. I just love this little penguin.
Paper: DCWV Holiday Treat Pack
SU Brilliant Blue Cardstock
WhiteCardstock
Ribbon: Royal Blue Organdy
Image was colored with watercolor pencils and blender pen.

ReplyDeletewhat a super cute idea! This would be a great gift idea for the new couple - hand made Christmas ornaments for their first tree and you could hide money in the little matchbox. Hmmmm I wonder if I still have that batch of safety matchboxes somewhere - thanks for a great idea!!
ReplyDeleteHi Terri, yep what they all said lol, really adorable little penquin and to attach to a match box is really clever...I would have never thought of that...great job..good luck at the challenge
