Celebrate and Go Shopping

I think this is probably my favorite card from the "Forever Friend" card kit. The color combination and bow are so pretty.

I used my Prismacolor watercolor pencils to color the purse and background. The striped paper was adhered to light brown card stock. Then the larger purple tag was adhered to the strlped panel. Next I used pop dots to raise the second small purple tag at angle over the large tag. The image was stamped on to the white tag and colored with Prisma watercolor pencils. This panel was also raised over the purple tags using dimensionals. The twine was wrapped around the bow then threaded through the hole on the image panel and tied into a know. Last of all, I added three clear gems.
