Our host for this week's challenge at the Sisterhood is Vicky. The theme is "In the Meadow We Will Build a Snowman. Create a card or project with a snowman as the focus. My friend, Darlene, let me use this cute snowman stamp for my card. I colored him with colored pencils.
The background paper is Martha Stewart. Darlene was kind enough to die cut these fabulous trees and I used a Fiskars punch to make the snowflakes. The snow banks were created by fussy cutting white card stock and I made the sentiment panel by punching two scalloped circles and cutting off the tops and bottoms of the circles. I found the sentiment stamp in a dollar bin at Joan's Craft Store.
I have entered this card in the following challenges:
Craft Your Passion - Always Anything Goes
Crafting From The Heart - Always Anything Goes
Love To Scrap - Anything Goes
Would love to see a scene like this outside my window on Christmas morning. Then all the snow could melt away for the rest of the winter. Can you tell I am not a fan of winter? I love how the snow sparkles, just don't like the cold or driving in it. My favorite time of year is Fall. Love the colors, smells and mild temperatures.
Okay, now it's your turn to share your creations. Hop on over to the Sisterhood for more inspiration from my talented sistahs and enter your project.
Happy Crafting!
Hugs,
Terri
